Over the past ten years...
MLI has served churches and developed leaders in the Midwest. Through this strategic partnership, MLI and CYMT will offer multiple tiers of educational and training support to youth and children’s ministry leaders in churches, camps, and other organizations throughout the United States.
After much prayer and discernment, CYMT and MLI determined that we have a shared mission, and joining forces will allow us to serve our audiences better
Perhaps by providence, our missions align beautifully.
- MLI develops authentic, intentional, and highly proficient leadership, sharing the love and grace of Jesus Christ with young people.
- CYMT equips youth ministers and communities of faith to develop innovative, effective, and theologically-informed ministry so youth experience the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
MLI will merge into CYMT’s ministry. Connecting this way will allow MLI’s 2-year certificate program to reach a national audience and CYMT’s Graduate Residency and Innovation Lab to expand into the Midwest states.
We will bring together the strengths of both programs to develop a variety of certificates, classes, and webinars as Ministry Leadership Initiatives. Combined with CYMT’s Graduate Residency, these initiatives will allow us to fulfill our collective mission to equip and train family, youth, campus, and community ministry leaders.
The expansion of both programs will ensure more children and youth experience the love of Christ.
CYMT and MLI believe this partnership is one where 1+1=3.
